Word of Mouth Hosting and Digital Marketing (“we,” “us”) is a Las Vegas web services company. Our website is https://womhost.com. We help small businesses with Google Business Profiles, websites, business email, and hosting. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you ask for a free Google profile audit. Our audit form (a Google Form) asks for:
– Your name
– Your business name
– Phone number
– Email address
– Your Google Business Profile link (optional)
We use this only to do your audit, send you the results, and follow up about our services. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
When you become a customer. To provide our services, we may collect:
– Contact and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we don’t store your full card number.
– Login or access details you give us for your Google profile, website, domain, or email, used only to do the work you hired us for
– The content of your website and business email accounts that we host. We don’t read your email or use your site content except when you ask us to, to keep the service running, to fix a problem, or when the law requires it.
– Records of the work we do and your monthly reports
When you visit our website. Like most sites, ours may use cookies and analytics tools to see how many people visit and which pages they use. We use Google Analytics. It may collect your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. Our site runs on WordPress, which also sets a few small cookies of its own:
– If you leave a comment and choose to, your name and email are saved for one year so you don’t have to retype them.
– If you log in to the site, login cookies last 2 days, or 2 weeks if you pick “Remember Me,” and they’re cleared when you log out.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Comments. When you leave a comment, we collect what you type in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser details to help catch spam.
– Gravatar (if used): a scrambled code made from your email address (called a hash) may be sent to Gravatar to check whether you have a profile picture there. Once your comment is approved, your picture shows publicly next to it. Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/
– Spam checks (if used): comments may be checked by an automated spam-detection service.
Content from other sites. Some pages may show embedded videos, maps, or posts from other websites. Those work just as if you visited that website directly, so it may collect data about you and use its own cookies.
How we use your information
- To do the audit and services you asked for

- To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements
We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run our business. They include:

Review requests
When you use our review-request service, we send messages to your customers on your behalf, using contact details you provide. You’re responsible for having permission to contact them.
How long we keep it
- Audit form replies: kept for 2 years, then deleted.
- Customer records: kept for as long as you’re a customer, plus 3 years after you leave.
- Hosted website and email data: kept while your account is active. When you leave, we delete your hosted website and email content 30 days later, so you have time to move it. Billing records and other customer data are kept for 3 years.
- Backups may hold copies for a short time after deletion.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, like secure logins and limited access. No system is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee it. If a data breach affects you, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

– Delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons
– Stop marketing contact
– Get a copy of your data in a file you can download
Email us at privacy@womhost.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
